TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Enticing aromas of ripe red fruits, golden honey, and creamy white chocolate. Delicate notes of tropical fruits, dried apricots, banana, and pastry vanilla blend with a floral hint and a touch of elegant oak.
PALATE: A silky texture reveals an explosion of flavors: sun-kissed tropical fruits, rich vanilla, and complex spices, with hints of ginger and caramel. Notes of strawberry jam and orange zest add a subtle acidity, balancing the indulgent sweetness.
FINISH: Long and perfectly balanced. Persistent sweetness of toffee and roasted almonds, accompanied by elegant woody notes and light tobacco. A finish that leaves a warm and refined impression.

For centuries the stormy waters of the Atlantic Ocean has not only shaped the character of the people of Islay but also the character of their famous whiskies. In many ways this fine malt mirrors the character of Islay people – strong yet gentle, warm yet mellow, but with a maturity beyond its years. Robust peaty, with that unmistakable breath of the seashore.
Finished in Grand Cru Burgundy casks from France, which previously stored full bodied pinot noir wine, bring complexity and depth to this Irish whiskey.
Bolivia is one of the largest producers of coca and tobacco leaves in the world. These aromas inspired our Gran Chaco Bolivia Rum. For the creation of our bottle, we drew our inspiration from the rich history of Bolivia, and more precisely from the Tiwanaku site which stands there. In the midst of mystical touches representing Inca rites and ceremonies, you will find in particular references to the shamans of the region, venerated for their knowledge and their intoxicating preparations. We also find the motifs of ritual vases, ceremonial masks, and other elements of places of worship. Finally, the purple color, associated with the mystical and the religious, is a symbol of spirituality and access to the divine.

Yerba mate tea is an iconic beverage of Argentina, which is why we wanted to include it in our Gran Chaco Argentina rum. For this version of the rum, we drew inspiration from the nature and lush landscapes of Argentina. The patterns on our bottle trace the path of nature, at the heart and source of our production: from the earth, where the rich flora of the Gran Chaco is rooted, to the sky. The design also evokes serenity and the call of the night: through the deep blue of the bottle, it reflects the sun setting behind the mountains and the phases of the moon and sun.
To blend this special batch, Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate’s oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolised by the strength of the dragon.
