The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. You can also serve it on its own as the perfect conclusion to an excellent meal. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of Quebec's first settlers, who brought the whisky-making techniques of the New World and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create a truly unique spirit.

TASTING NOTESCOLOR The ABK6 Orange Liqueur is a delicate combination of cognac (51%) and orange liqueur (49%), offering a golden colour with beautiful amber nuances.NOSE The first nose opens on orange zest, the second reveals notes of bitter candy accompanied by a small floral hint that combines everything.PALATE Flavors of candied orange peel and marmalade line the palate. The finish is long and delicate.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

Aged in sherry casks for over 3 years. The nose expresses notes of ripe fruits and chocolate. The palate mirrors the nose with additional notes of citrus and lemongrass. Sweetness and acidity are elegantly balanced. The light finish evokes the pure spring water of Tottori used during distillation.

TASTING NOTES

The amber color proves at first glance the balance and smoothness of Amaro Nonino. On the nose and palate, harmony is confirmed by an extraordinary touch of herbs and citrus notes.

Serve at room temperature, on ice with a slice of orange, or in a cocktail.
