Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a Copper Still, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericon, fennel, coriander, and spices such as allspice, lemon, bay leaves, cardamom and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.

Santa Ana Florale is a captivating expression of 11 exquisite botanicals, with the iconic Ylang-Ylang flower at its heart. The original Santa Ana liquid has been enriched to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, while retaining its Ylang-Ylang notes. The result is a bold and voluptuous floral bouquet with every sip.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.
