The Tomatin 30-Year-Old is an exceptional single malt that embodies all the expertise of the renowned Highland distillery. Aged in small quantities in a combination of ex-bourbon oak casks and traditional oak casks, this whisky reaches remarkable maturity after three decades of patience. Cihuatan Indigo 8 Y is a true invitation to travel, a vibrant homage to the culture and heritage of the Mayan civilization of El Salvador.
This unique cuvée owes its name to the indigo color, an essential component of the famous "Mayan blue," a hue found on the frescoes of ancient temples buried in the jungle.
Distilled and aged in the heart of the Cihuatán valley, this rum reveals all the authenticity and richness of an unknown terroir.
Each bottle is adorned with Mayan iconography, bearing witness to the deep history and tradition of this civilization.

Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.

This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.
