Speyburn 10Y has captured the exhilarating spirit and distinctive character of the region in every drop of Speyburn since 1897. The result is a whisky with a smooth and crisp character that is unmistakably Speyburn. This delicious Single Malt has matured for 10 years in hand-selected American oak casks, giving it a smooth, long and mellow finish.

To make this extraordinary gin, Glendalough forage wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains all year round. Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.

Nordés 0.0 is a sugar-free refreshing drink made from osmosis water, treated through a series of processes (emulsion, filtration and decantation) with tartaric acid tartaric acid and essential oils of the main botanical ingredients, resulting in a transparent liquid with the nuances, intensity of flavour and aroma and aroma of Nordés gin.

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

Aged for a sophisticated 42 to 47 months, this meticulously handcrafted Belgian whisky captures the essence of the Hesbaye region. Distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills from 1898, it matures in 1st fill Bourbon casks made of American white oak (Quercus alba). Committed to sustainable and fair trade farming, this unpeated expression boasts a natural hue, free from artificial coloring. With an unwavering dedication to authenticity, the whisky undergoes no chill filtering and is expertly bottled at the distillery, ensuring a genuine reflection of its craftsmanship and origin.

Old rum aged in American and French oak barrels for 3 to 6 years.
To be enjoyed neat, with or without ice, in a "ti-punch vieux" or as a long drink.

Brazil is very famous for being one of the largest producers of cacao and coffee in the world. It was natural for us to associate these notes with our Gran Chaco Brazil Rum. The design of the bottle was inspired by Brazilian wildlife: the patterns represent some of Brazil's most emblematic animals. The color green was chosen to represent the country and suggest the natural habitat of its wildlife.
