Xila Extra Spicy is a Mexican liqueur produced in an artisanal manner, crafted from young espadin mezcal and infused with a blend of 7 Mexican chilies, ataulfo mango, tamarind, and orange peel, sweetened with piloncillo. The profile is characterized by a restrained fruity attack, a spicy and herbaceous heart, and a distinctly spicy and persistent finish. With 20% alcohol, Xila Extra Spicy maintains a structured and defined profile, designed for cocktails, particularly in preparations where spiciness is the protagonist. Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

Don Papa Gayuma, which means "love potion" in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, in the Philippines. For their Merlet VSOP Cognac, Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux-de-vie from different regions of the cognac appellation, to ensure consistent quality. The eaux-de-vie were aged for at least four years. Most of the Cognacs selected for this blend are from Fins Bois ‘crus’, famed for their fruitiness and their capacity to mature fast when barrel-aged.
