Tomatin 14Y MINI 5 CL

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.

Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.
