Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic, tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild coastal forages. Cascading grapefruit and hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, 'the dew of the sea', then distilled and infused with the signature gin. Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Made from a blend of rums from English Guiana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, the "Caraîbes" blend is full of flavour. The rums are aged in Bourbon casks for 3 to 5 years in the Caribbean, then imported to Europe and carefully tasted to form part of the final blend.
