Mermaid Gin Zest
Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Mermaid Zest Gin won a Double Gold Medal as well as the Best in Class award in the flavoured gins category at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

Nose
Smooth, refreshing and complex with a spicy tone. Bright, fresh grapefruit with sweet juniper.
Palate
Citrus zest combined with a subtle sweetness of herbal notes.
Finish
Long, layered and complex completes the experience with a well-balanced feel.

Gran Chaco Brasil + GLASS
Brazil is very famous for being one of the largest producers of cacao and coffee in the world. It was natural for us to associate these notes with our Gran Chaco Brazil Rum. The design of the bottle was inspired by Brazilian wildlife: the patterns represent some of Brazil's most emblematic animals. The color green was chosen to represent the country and suggest the natural habitat of its wildlife.
