Rebel Yell was the first American distillery to substitute wheat for rye in 1910 to create a Bourbon with a sweeter palate and notes of vanilla and toffee. Today, Rebel Yell is made under license at Heaven Hill, one of Kentucky's oldest distilleries, still using the original recipe that earned it a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE Honey, vanilla, slightly wody raisin and candy sticks.
PALATE Sultanas, nectarine and hints of prune. Vanilla throughout.
