Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

The HSE VSOP Port Cask Finish is an exceptional agricultural rum produced at Habitation Saint-Étienne, in Martinique, adhering to the traditions of the AOC Martinique.
This very old rum stands out due to meticulous aging and a unique finish, making it a true gem for lovers of characterful spirits.
After an initial maturation of over 3 years in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, it receives an 8-month finish in 225-liter Tawny port barrels.
This double maturation enriches the rum with complex fruity and woody notes, perfectly balanced by the typical softness and roundness of Port.

La Fée XS Suisse is an Extra Supérieure absinthe from the historical birthplace of absinthe: Couvet, in the Val-de-Travers valley in Switzerland. Crafted using ancestral methods, this artisanal absinthe highlights unmatched expertise and a deep respect for the traditions of the 19th century. Distilled from wine alcohol and a meticulous selection of aromatic herbs, including locally grown grande absinthe (Artemisia absinthium), La Fée XS Suisse represents the very essence of “La Bleue” absinthe. This spirit reflects both its terroir and a traditional distillation process, handcrafted in small copper stills. Its silky texture and subtle flavors of anise and herbs make for a highly refined sensory experience.
