This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

A very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). Crafted at Quinta do Bom Retiro, this special category port (LBV and Vintage) still uses ancestral methods of grape treading in traditional lagares.
These techniques allow for optimal extraction of aromas while preserving the integrity of the grapes.
After vinification, the wines are transferred to the historic cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia for careful aging, giving them depth and complexity.
