Handcrafted according to our original, time-honored wheated recipe since 1849, Rebel Single Barrel is aged a full ten years to provide a rich and rebellious flavor. The Single Barrel process creates a flavor profile unique to each barrel. The end result is an extra smooth sipping whiskey that honors the rebel in all of us.

ABK6 XO Grande Champagne is gold in colour with deep amber highlights, revealing magnificent complexity. The nose opens with a delicate fragrance of sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant on the palate, with a subtle woodiness supported by very silky tannins. The finish reveals the mineral freshness already present on the nose.

Tasting notes Colour A bright, beautiful deep gold The legs are light and of average width. Nose A basket of fruit and tangy boiled sweets! It’s bold, fruity and fresh The fruitiness lies somewhere between banana, pear, and white peach. Notes of candy are an invitation to indulge. When allowed to breathe the nose becomes more complex, with honey and dried fruit such as raisin, dates and apricot There is a rich hint of freshly baked bread and butter, with woody undertones. Palate The palate develops with intense ripe fruit and small, soft fruit (wild strawberries or sour cherries). FinishIn the finish, notes of milk chocolate ganache and (light) roasting add complexity to this fine rum.

Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon embodies the authenticity and history of Kentucky bourbon. Crafted from a recipe dating back to 1849, it stands out for its use of wheat instead of rye, offering a softer and more refined flavor profile. This bourbon, both powerful and balanced, combines rich and complex flavors with a silky texture on the palate. Crowned with a double gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Rebel Yell is a true tribute to bourbon craftsmanship.

Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica sourced from two different distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot Still rums, so representative of the Jamaican style. It is bottled at 57%, a tribute to the Royal British Navy. Only spirits with a minimum level of 57% were allowed on board their ships.

Sérum Elixir is a super-premium rum-based spirit. This blend is aged up to 8 years and is flavored by a long, slow maceration of fruit, herbs, and spices.

Merlet C² Cassis & Cognac combines the expertise of the Merlet family as both liqueur makers and distillers, while revisiting an old French countryside digestif, the Mêlécasse (a blend of brandy and blackcurrant cream). C² Cassis is the blend of homemade natural blackcurrant infusions with cognacs from the distillery.
