Tasting notes
Colour
Gold ith deep amber highlights.
Nose
The nose opens with a delicate hint of sweet spices. With great finesse, freshness and lightness combine with mineral and menthol notes.
Mouth
An elegant attack on the palate, with a subtle woodiness supported by very silk tannins. Balanced on the spices and dried fruit, it slowly tempers on the minerality already present on the nose.

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were use. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

The original Santa Ana liquid has been enriched to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, while retaining its Ylang-Ylang notes. The result is a bold and voluptuous floral bouquet with every sip.
Speyburn 18Y
This superb Speyburn was aged in American and Spanish oak casks for 18 years before being bottled at 46% ABV. This bottling is dedicated to Speyburn's distillery manager, Bobby Anderson, as by happy coincidence 2018 is his 18th year at the distillery.

A true flagship of the Foursquare distillery: Doorly's XO Gold is an exceptional rum, aged between six and twelve years in bourbon casks and then finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks.
