To harness it, they filtered water with quartz during a sacred ritual, then enjoyed drinks at enchanting celebrations. This bottle, with its beautiful vivid colors, catches the eye. It contains a delicious extra-aged rum, the result of column still distillation, followed by 15 to 17 years of aging in oak barrels, and finally filtered over quartz.

Sérum Mamie is an intense smooth blend of Panamanian dark aged rums with cocoa, vanilla and toffee.

Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Hee Joy Origins is a blend of traditional rums from Jamaica, Trinidad & Guyana, carefully selected and aged in distinct barrels within each original distillery. They are then blended and refined in French oak barrels in Cognac, France. The extraordinary balance of Hee Joy Origins comes from the complexity and richness of the aromas from the three origins. The three rums are aged for 5 years in their respective barrels and climates before being blended in Cognac casks. Hee Joy is an exceptional rum. It is best enjoyed neat and at room temperature.
