Xila Extra Spicy is a Mexican liqueur produced in an artisanal manner, crafted from young espadin mezcal and infused with a blend of 7 Mexican chilies, ataulfo mango, tamarind, and orange peel, sweetened with piloncillo. The profile is characterized by a restrained fruity attack, a spicy and herbaceous heart, and a distinctly spicy and persistent finish. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is distilled for eight hours at 60 °C in a custom-made vacuum still. Refined with wild raspberries, this gin offers an enchanting aroma of juniper berries, raspberry, and mint. On the palate, it reveals typical juniper notes, accompanied by juicy and fresh raspberry, grapefruit peel, and spices. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is bottled at 41.8% ABV.
