Le Philtre combines the artisanal tradition of Charentais copper stills with a modern and environmentally friendly approach. It is made from Italian organic wheat and contains no added sugar, making it 100% natural.
The uniqueness of this limited edition lies in its deep blue bottle, made from recycled glass waste, paying tribute to the artist Yves Klein.

Au double vieillissement en fûts de teck et de chêne americain (ex bourbons) s’ajoute une annee de vieillissement supplementaire en fûts de merisier qui apporte des arômes de miel et de griottes.

The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.

All the ingredients coming into the composition of GENEROUS are natural: Juniper, Citrus, Mandarin, Red Pepper, Jasmin & Elder Flower.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.Aging: Six years minimum. In toasted 400 L oak barrels, 25% of which are new.
