Chocolate Orange Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Chocolate Orange gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

The HSE Ragtime American Barrel is a remarkable amber cuvée that pays homage to the musical art of Ragtime, a precursor to jazz.
This agricole rum, made from pure sugar cane juice, benefits from meticulous aging in 200-liter American oak barrels, imparting complex and indulgent aromas.
Its short stay in the barrel reveals subtle, woody, vanilla, and delicate notes that will delight lovers of authentic rums.

Today, Black Bull is still blended according to the same original formula, with a high percentage of quality malts from Speyside and the Highlands, matured in sherry and bourbon casks, mixed according to a high malt-to-grain ratio, and finally bottled at a robust alcohol strength of 50%. Black Bull 21 is non-chill filtered, allowing the character of each carefully selected 21-year-old whisky to fully express itself, resulting in a unique and exceptional blend in its category.

The Cask Strength Edition is Tomatin's most vivacious expression, yet still retains Tomatin’s characteristically rich and sweet undertones. Matured in a classic combination of first fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.

A full-bodied whisky, matured in Oloroso casks, which gives it a warm and sweet sherry flavour.

Ryoma is the perfect mix of Japanese excellence and traditional methods. It is unique and refined with floral and fruity accents. Ryoma rum made with pure sugar cane juice, aged in Japanese white oak casks.
The yeasts used were initially created by the distillery to ferment their sake.
