Marzadro La Trentina Morbida Barrique - 70 CL

This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.

All the flavors of Provence, the spices from distant lands, the roundness of vanilla, the creaminess and sweetness of licorice, the hints of mint and pepper bring character and complexity.

Saigon Baigur Premium Dry Gin is an exceptional gin that embodies the exotic spirit of Vietnam. Crafted with care in District 9 of Ho Chi Minh City, it is the first gin produced in this country and is distinguished by the use of unique local botanicals. Among them, black cardamom from the northern jungles, rare Buddha's Hand citrus from Hanoi, Saigon cinnamon from the central highlands, and lotus flower from the Mekong Delta. With the addition of Macedonian juniper berries and other carefully selected botanicals, this gin delivers a rich and refreshing aromatic palette, perfect for fine spirits enthusiasts.

Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

Elaborated in the heart of Japan by the Kurayoshi distillery, The San-In is a blended whisky that embodies the elegance and subtlety typical of Japanese spirits. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years, it charms with its balance between freshness and fruity sweetness. Burlanegra is a rum made from selected molasses from Central America. After a double distillation in a continuous column still, it is aged for several years in American oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez casks, which gives it its distinctive and refined aromatic profile.

Grappa obtained from two varieties of white grape marc from Trentino: Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau.
