Marzadro Bivitigno Grappa Delicata
Grappa obtained from two varieties of white grape marc from Trentino: Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau.
The distillation is carried out slowly in a water bath in a discontinuous steam still, which preserves all the aromatic substances of the grape varieties and guarantees maximum results in terms of aroma and perfume. Chardonnay is a grape variety cultivated in suitable areas of Vallagarina (Lower Trentino) at altitudes of between 200 and 500 meters above sea level. Müller Thurgau is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some high hill areas of Vallagarina and in the Val di Cembra. Thanks to the ingenious blend of these two grape varieties, we obtain the "Delicata", a grappa with a typically herbaceous aroma, with a soft, fresh and particularly elegant structure.
