Cognac & coffee liqueur calls on Merlet’s expertise as both distillers and liqueur-makers, and showcases two after-dinner classics. Merlet partnered with Merling, a local coffee roaster from La Rochelle to select the origin and variety of the coffee (Brazilian Arabica) but also to work directly with freshly roasted coffee.

The casks numbered 49541 and 49542 have been gracefully resting in warehouse 6 since they were filled on September 21, 1978, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit they contain. After thirty years, the spirit was transferred into the finest Spanish first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks and was aged for an additional decade under the careful and enduring care of Tomatin distillery's custodians.

Old Pulteney Flotilla 2012 is a Highlands whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Over the years, the casks have gently absorbed all the sea breeze from the North of Scotland, giving the whisky its sweet and complex flavors and its coastal characteristics. It is not surprising that Old Pulteney is known as the "maritime malt".

Grappa with a refined and assertive aroma and an enchanting flavor, it is harmonious and persistent on the palate. It is obtained through the bain-marie distillation of Amarone pomace (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a discontinuous still, then aged in small 500-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

The Finlaggan Cask Strength is an iconic peated whisky from the Isle of Islay, bottled at its natural strength of 58%, without dilution or chill filtration. Derived from Islay's best-kept secrets, this mysterious single malt captivates enthusiasts with its raw intensity and distinctly maritime character. Merlet C² Cassis & Cognac combines the expertise of the Merlet family as both liqueur makers and distillers, while revisiting an old French countryside digestif, the Mêlécasse (a blend of brandy and blackcurrant cream). C² Cassis is the blend of homemade natural blackcurrant infusions with cognacs from the distillery.

Grappa obtained from two varieties of white grape marc from Trentino: Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau.
