Cognac & coffee liqueur calls on Merlet’s expertise as both distillers and liqueur-makers, and showcases two after-dinner classics. Merlet partnered with Merling, a local coffee roaster from La Rochelle to select the origin and variety of the coffee (Brazilian Arabica) but also to work directly with freshly roasted coffee.

Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Fresh, fruity and iodized.

Merlet C² Cassis & Cognac combines the expertise of the Merlet family as both liqueur makers and distillers, while revisiting an old French countryside digestif, the Mêlécasse (a blend of brandy and blackcurrant cream). C² Cassis is the blend of homemade natural blackcurrant infusions with cognacs from the distillery.

Stauning HØST, meaning "harvest" in Danish, embodies the essence of the Nordic lands and the art of Danish distillation. Inspired by the softness of the last days of the Danish summer, this double malt whisky evokes a feeling of comfort and warmth, reminiscent of the harvest of barley and rye carefully selected in the region. This expression is the result of a harmonious fusion between a single malt and a rye malt, aged in American oak barrels with a subtle touch of Port wood. The result? An elegant and balanced whisky, perfect for enthusiasts seeking an authentic and refined experience. Stauning stands out for its "grain-to-glass" approach, which emphasizes local, sustainable, and artisanal production.

A single grape Grappa with an intense aroma and considerable sensory impact, with a very harmonious taste sensation.
It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Gewürztraminer pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 1,000-liter oak barrels for at least 36 months. During this period, the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.
