Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee.
