Savanna L’Absolu 2023 embodies the excellence of Réunionese expertise in rum-making. Crafted by Master Blender Thierry Grondin, this extra-old traditional rum is the result of a meticulous blend of the distillery’s oldest vintages. Each cask has been carefully selected to achieve a unique fusion of complexity and harmony. Aged in a tropical climate, it boasts exceptional aromatic intensity, enhanced by the subtle influence of Port. A true sensory masterpiece, awarded a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2024.

Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.
