The 10th in Penderyn’s Icons Of Wales Edition whiskies is called YMA O HYD. This is a patriotic anthem, written by Dafydd Iwan, and has been adopted by the Red Wall (Welsh football supporters). This whisky is produced in partnership with FA Wales as their official whisky for the Wales campaign at the World Cup in 2022.

Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.

Old Pulteney Flotilla 2012 is a Highlands whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Over the years, the casks have gently absorbed all the sea breeze from the North of Scotland, giving the whisky its sweet and complex flavors and its coastal characteristics. It is not surprising that Old Pulteney is known as the "maritime malt".

TASTING NOTES : NOSE: The nose is marked by captivating notes of raisins and vanilla, opening up to nuances of cooked sugar and caramel. A dark and thick molasses unfolds, enriched by touches of black licorice and coffee grounds. Roasted and grilled nuts add extra depth. PALATE : On the palate, the rum first reveals flavors of candied fruits and flambéed banana. Its smooth and sweet texture evolves into aromas of caramel, vanilla, and lightly cooked honey. Toasted notes blend with woody and moist impressions, almost evoking paper or wet cardboard. Light spices and a subtle cereal note remind of a soft bread. FINISH : The finish is elegant and discreet, without heaviness, with a persistent smoky and grilled aspect. It is enhanced by spicy, fruity, and woody flavors, reminding that...

" The Golden Apple " est un gin premium qui contient 9 botanicals distillé séparément. La pomme Belgica et la pomme Fuji Japonaise sont les ingrédients principales. Au moins 23 kg par 100 litters de gin. Le résultat est un gin très accessible, parfaitement équilibré avec des notes de citron vert d'Espagne, du poivre noir et Ceylan d'Inde. Après un an GILLIAM'S a été renommé pour la meilleure gin pour la Belgique sur World Gin Awards. En 2018 double medaille d'or sur CWSA et Medaille bronze sur Wold Gin Awards en 2019.

This original preparation blends fresh mint, sweet ginger and long Java pepper for a pleasant and intense sensation of freshness.

Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.
