The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. With its 46% alcohol content, this whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving the full intensity of its aromas and flavors. Produced from 100% French malted barley. Double distilled in the Charentais abysses of the Merlet distillery, then matured in association with new and old French oak barrels. The result is a delicious, round, fruity and floral whisky with spicy notes. "Coperies" means "harvest" in an ancient local French dialect.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.
