Penderyn Brecon Gin Rhubarb Cranberry

It is produced by the Distillerie Merlet & Fils with AMÉRISSE, who wanted to sublimate this fruit by combining it with several bitter plants such as gentian, angelica, mugwort and rhubarb to reinforce its natural astringency, and then with other berries and citrus fruits that increase its fruity flavours and complexity tenfold.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.

The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Pandan (pandanus amaryllifolius) is a leaf with unique and delicious aromas, a true pillar of Asian gastronomic culture. Widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, pandan has 750 different species spread across Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Its long, blade-shaped leaves give off a distinctive fragrance. Heavily used in dishes and drinks in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, the Maldives, and India, it is nicknamed "the vanilla of Asia" for its notes of vanilla, almond, and butter biscuit.

Nixta Licor de Elote is a Mexican corn liqueur made from a base of tender, ancestral cacahuazintle (kaka • wha • SINT • lay) maize, grown in the high valleys and foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano. Nixta is produced at the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, where we honor the Mexican culture of corn and the ancestral craft of nixtamalization—a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking technique that uncovers the deepest flavors and aromas of maize.

Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when Cu Bocan first started producing lightly peated spirit at Tomatin Distillery in the midst of winter. Matured fully in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 15 years, this is a decadent single malt with sun dried fruits and smoky exotic spices.
