Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Rose Petal gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

The European Edition blends fragrant myrrh and the distinct aromatic bitterness of cascarilla bark. Inspired by Venice’s 500+ year rich spice trade history and the Italian love affair with cascarilla bark used to create highly aromatic tonics, bitters and vermouths. This is a bold, savoury-led spiced London Dry gin with balanced bitter notes and mixes perfectly with sweet vermouth and Campari to create a spiced twist on a classic Negroni cocktail. While cascarilla bark is not native to Europe, it is present in any bitter liqueurs in the south of the continent and adds an aromatic and fragrant twist to OPIHR’s flavour profile.

The Finlaggan Cask Strength is an iconic peated whisky from the Isle of Islay, bottled at its natural strength of 58%, without dilution or chill filtration. Derived from Islay's best-kept secrets, this mysterious single malt captivates enthusiasts with its raw intensity and distinctly maritime character. The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.
