This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

This blend with very little wood influence, displays a predominance of fruity aromas.

Sortilège Prestige is the union of the finest Canadian whisky, aged for over seven years in oak casks, and first-pour pure Quebec maple syrup. A marriage of sublime taste, superior in every way to the sum of its parts.

Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. The aging of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak ex-bourbon casks, which are stored and left exposed to the open air near tranquil lagoons. A blend of aged rums, this premium-quality rum offers unique taste sensations that reflect the spirit of the "Craft of Refinement."

Produced in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Gran Reserva is a Cuban-style premium. Aged in a solera system, it remained in barrels for about fifteen years. Sweet and spicy at the same time, it is marked by notes of zest of oranges, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Little sweet compared to many other current rums, it remains light and easy to drink.
