Mezcal San Cosme

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

Agave Cuishe between 10-15 years. This version of Artesano is an experience that takes you on a journey of flavours and textures and immediately transports you to the palenque for the entire experience. Mezcal is a Mexican agave distillate that is produced in a special way. Mezcal San Cosme can carry the addition artisanal, because it is produced in pure manual labor.

La Fée XS Française is a refined absinthe, originating from the historical lands of Pontarlier, the undisputed birthplace of absinthe in France.
Distilled using ancestral methods dating back more than a century, this absinthe stands out for its authentic character, based on a wine alcohol base and a meticulous selection of herbs, including local grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium).
The artisanal know-how and attention to every detail of the production give La Fée XS Française exceptional aromatic intensity and complexity, paying tribute to the absinthes of the past while captivating modern connoisseurs.

Our Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003.
It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks.
