In celebration of the 700 years of the Declaration of Arbroath House of McCallum has commissioned five new pieces of art from the 4 Glasgow Artists of the Art of Whisky representing their vision of the piece of history past and present.

The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly world class malt.
Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

An iconic and timeless classic for cocktail enthusiasts, Dolin Vermouth Dry embodies the elegance and finesse of Chambéry vermouths. This dry vermouth continues to captivate bartenders and mixologists worldwide thanks to its subtle balance and aromatic richness. Lightly sweetened and slightly golden, it reveals a complex olfactory palette where notes of citrus, almond, and mountain plants harmonize beautifully with a slightly bitter base.

Sortilège is a unique blend of Canadian whisky and maple syrup. Created from the richness and authenticity of the Quebec countryside, this liqueur strikes the perfect balance between the heady strength of Canadian whisky and the distinctive flavour ofmaple syrup, resulting in a remarkably fine liqueur.

Matured for 18 years, this is indulgent and spicy thanks to the casks selected for maturation.
