Velvet Falernum
Velvet Falernum is a delicious rum produced in Barbados. This flavoured rum originates from the tropical vibes of the Caribbean and combines sweet and spicy flavours for a unique experience. It is produced from high-quality sugar cane molasses, which first ferments and is then distilled. After distillation, various herbs and fruit extracts are added, giving it its characteristic flavour.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: The nose reveals deep aromas of citrus zest and mild spices.
PALATE: In the mouth, it offers a naturally sweet consistency, dominated by fresh citrus, clove and a subtle touch of vanilla.

This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.
