Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.

The Merlet Crème de Mûre combines two varieties of blackberries, with a touch of other red fruits, which complement each other and bring richness and complexity. The Merlet family sources their fruits from partner producers to ensure consistent quality.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. In 2008, Alexander Stein founded the Black Forest distillery with the intention of producing the best gin in the world. This gin is made up of 47 ingredients (cassia, hibiscus, sweet flag, jasmine, bee balm, cranberry, pomelo, verbena, elderflower, spruce...). Named Monkey 47 in tribute to British Commander Montgomery, who himself produced gin in the Black Forest in the 1950s, it is crafted in micro-batches (1,250 liters) and distilled in small steam-heated stills.
