TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: The nose is indulgent and complex, revealing notes of toffee and spices like pepper and cardamom, with a hint of bitter orange that brings a tangy freshness. There are also aromas of nuts and acacia honey, enriched by whiffs of ripe mango.
PALATE: On the palate, Doorly's XO Gold stands out with a silky and velvety texture that envelops the mouth. um Cañero Finished Cognac Cask is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Cognac Oak barrels, which provides to CAÑERO a unique personality among worldwide rums. Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.

In 2008, Alexander Stein founded the Black Forest distillery with the intention of producing the best gin in the world. This gin is made up of 47 ingredients (cassia, hibiscus, sweet flag, jasmine, bee balm, cranberry, pomelo, verbena, elderflower, spruce...). Named Monkey 47 in tribute to British Commander Montgomery, who himself produced gin in the Black Forest in the 1950s, it is crafted in micro-batches (1,250 liters) and distilled in small steam-heated stills. Batch after batch, Alexander Stein writes the story of his gin with incredible talent and boundless inspiration, drawing from the very depths of the Black Forest.
