With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.

This whisky was distilled on on 26th March 2010 and aged in a single ex-PX Sherry cask #804032 for 13 years.

Batch 7, 13 Year Old - A glorious 13 Year Old unnamed Islay malt that was distilled in 2009 and some of it has been finished in an Oloroso Octave by ourselves.

This late-night expression is rich and autumnal, developed and amplified to unexpected heights, while staying perfectly balanced and closely tied to the bright and fruity character of the Distillery.
