TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: The nose is indulgent and complex, revealing notes of toffee and spices like pepper and cardamom, with a hint of bitter orange that brings a tangy freshness. There are also aromas of nuts and acacia honey, enriched by whiffs of ripe mango.
PALATE: On the palate, Doorly's XO Gold stands out with a silky and velvety texture that envelops the mouth. The flavors of vanilla and banana harmonize perfectly with those of raisins and sherry, offering exceptional taste richness. A subtle sweetness, reminiscent of bourbon casks, completes this aromatic palette.
FINISH: The finish is elegant and persistent, marked by spicy notes and dried tobacco. The length in the mouth is supported by an enveloping warmth, leaving a lasting impression of sweetness and complexity.
