A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). Pusser’s Blue Label old rum gives new life to the authentic Navy Rum. Each drop is as rich in history as it is in aromas, revealing a palate marked by the intense fragrance of sugarcane. The blend of Caribbean rums exudes exoticism and makes you want to set off in search of new horizons.

ABK6 Honey Cognac is elegant and subtle, expressing floral tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle, and rose petals. This is followed by warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges. These aromas blend with woody vanilla and caramel.

The rich honey flavour adds a sweetness to the flavour profile, the wonderful hand-picked calamansi lime contributes distinctive citrus notes while the fiery local pepper, siling labuyo adds a touch of heat and spice.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.

In celebration of the 700 years of the Declaration of Arbroath House of McCallum has commissioned five new pieces of art from the 4 Glasgow Artists of the Art of Whisky representing their vision of the piece of history past and present.

With Penultimus, Foursquare closes the Exceptional Cask Selection series, faithful to the precision and transparency that have made the distillery's reputation. This rum is crafted from a blend of distillates from pot and column stills, aged in Barbados, without additives, colorants, or chill filtration. For this edition, Richard Seale combined bourbon and Moscatel casks. The influence of the Moscatel brings an aromatic depth without making the rum too sweet or too heavy. The whole remains balanced and highlights the rum itself, rather than an excessive influence of the cask.
