Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly world class malt.
Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

A NATURAL GENEROSITY"

All the ingredients coming into the composition of GENEROUS are natural: Juniper, Citrus, Mandarin, Red Pepper, Jasmin & Elder Flower.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

The Mermaid Pink Gin offers a both smooth and complex experience, thanks to a refreshing aromatic infusion of Mermaid Gin and the natural sweetness of strawberries from the Isle of Wight. Its pink hue evokes a contemporary elegance that enchants as much with its style as with its unique flavors. This gin is a perfect balance between fruity notes and spicy touches, all wrapped in a maritime freshness. Mermaid Gin Pink won a bronze medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2025 (SFWSC)

The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. This subtle marriage between the strength of peat and the sweetness of sherry offers a unique tasting experience, rich in contrasts and complexity. With its 46% alcohol content, this whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving the full intensity of its aromas and flavors. This single malt is produced in small batches, making each bottle a prized rarity for discerning enthusiasts.
