In many ways this fine malt mirrors the character of Islay people – strong yet gentle, warm yet mellow, but with a maturity beyond its years. Robust peaty, with that unmistakable breath of the seashore.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. Bolivia is one of the largest producers of coca and tobacco leaves in the world. These aromas inspired our Gran Chaco Bolivia Rum. For the creation of our bottle, we drew our inspiration from the rich history of Bolivia, and more precisely from the Tiwanaku site which stands there. In the midst of mystical touches representing Inca rites and ceremonies, you will find in particular references to the shamans of the region, venerated for their knowledge and their intoxicating preparations. We also find the motifs of ritual vases, ceremonial masks, and other elements of places of worship. Finally, the purple color, associated with the mystical and the religious, is a symbol of spirituality and access to the divine.

A single grape Grappa with an intense aroma and considerable sensory impact, with a very harmonious taste sensation.
It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Gewürztraminer pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 1,000-liter oak barrels for at least 36 months. During this period, the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

Cihuatan Indigo 8 Y is a true invitation to travel, a vibrant homage to the culture and heritage of the Mayan civilization of El Salvador.
This unique cuvée owes its name to the indigo color, an essential component of the famous "Mayan blue," a hue found on the frescoes of ancient temples buried in the jungle.
Distilled and aged in the heart of the Cihuatán valley, this rum reveals all the authenticity and richness of an unknown terroir.
Each bottle is adorned with Mayan iconography, bearing witness to the deep history and tradition of this civilization.
