TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Strong sweetness with a crème brûlée aroma. Notes of chocolate and confectionery evolve into indulgent hints of molasses and coffee.
PALATE: An aromatic bouquet sets this rum apart from other aged Bologne rums. The woodiness asserts itself, revealing that part of its blend has aged in American oak barrels. Indulgent chocolate notes are also present.
FINISH: Long, benefiting from a retro-olfactory effect marked by a hint of coffee and mocha.
