Topanito 100% Agave celebrates Mexican agave heritage with a range of authentic Tequilas and Mezcals. Drawing from Aztec traditions, Topanito combines craftsmanship with a modern approach, capturing the vibrant spirit of Mexico in each sip. Topanito Tequilas are crafted from agave grown in the typical red, mineral-rich soil of the highlands and in the fertile volcanic soils of the valleys of Jalisco, offering a complex and aromatic flavor profile. Available as pure distillates and barrel-aged expressions, our Tequilas embody the authentic character of their terroir. Topanito Blanco Fuerte is the bold 50%-sibling in our Blanco-family offering rich, aromatic flavors, intense complexity, and a sweeter profile.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: intense profile with notes of black pepper, mineral undertones, and sweet, cooked agave.
TASTE: bursting with agave, warm spice, vibrant citrus aromas, and a smooth, slightly oily texture.
FINISH: long lasting, with a warm, peppery spice, mineral notes and subtle hints of green pepper.
