NOSE: Bold and captivating, the nose bursts with the essence of fresh sugarcane. The raw power of Bielle's white rum shines through, revealing the dry and mineral-rich terroir of Marie-Galante, enhanced by earthy sugarcane juice and the exotic zest of Colima lime. Over time, the rustic edges soften, giving way to a sharper and fresher expression, with notes of sea breeze that add a touch of coastal allure.
PALATE: An explosion of tangy and citrusy flavors hits the palate, where lemony sugarcane blends with rich, oily notes of citrus peel. Silky and full-bodied, the rum balances power and elegance, leaving a tantalizing trail of tropical vibrations, as sweet as it is irresistible.
