The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.

The aging of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak ex-bourbon casks, which are stored and left exposed to the open air near tranquil lagoons. The aged rum Botran Roaju celebrates the exceptional heritage of the Botran Merino brothers, visionary pioneers who left the fertile lands of Duero in Spain to establish their roots in the heart of Guatemala. Cihuatán Suerte is a limited edition rum inspired by the legend of Muwaan Mat, the Mayan god of luck. The Mayan people believed that this god shared the gift of luck through crystals. To harness it, they filtered water with quartz during a sacred ritual, then enjoyed drinks at enchanting celebrations. This bottle, with its beautiful vivid colors, catches the eye. It contains a delicious extra-aged rum, the result of column still distillation, followed by 15 to 17 years of aging in oak barrels, and finally filtered over quartz.
