TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: An enticing invitation with aromas of ripe apples and pears, enriched by notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, milk chocolate, and a subtle hint of nuts. The bouquet is complex, integrating touches of honey, citrus peels, vanilla, and caramel, accompanied by sweet spices and dried fruits.
PALATE: An explosion of fruity and spicy flavors with distinct notes of green apple, freshly cut grass, lemon, and orange zest. The complexity intensifies with rich flavors of hazelnut, malt, and subtle nuances of cocoa and sherry wood. The perfect balance between fruits, spices, and a slight hint of bitterness creates a harmonious tasting experience.
FINISH: Long, smooth, and pleasantly oily, leaving lingering notes of cereals, nuts, cocoa, and fruits, bringing lasting satisfaction.

In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.
Serum Puente Centenario 2005
Sèrum Puente Centenario was distilled first time in 2004 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of this important event. The sugar cane is chopped and crushed for the cane juice. Sèrum Puente Centenario is distilled from freshly concetrated cane juice to produce a fine aroma of sugar cane and fruits.
Panda Gin Bio
Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate lychee flavor is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the Hautes Fagnes. Our Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003.
It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks.
Matusalem Gran Reserva 15Y
Produced in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Gran Reserva is a Cuban-style premium. Aged in a solera system, it remained in barrels for about fifteen years. Sweet and spicy at the same time, it is marked by notes of zest of oranges, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Little sweet compared to many other current rums, it remains light and easy to drink.
