The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.

um Cañero Finished Cognac Cask is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Cognac Oak barrels, which provides to CAÑERO a unique personality among worldwide rums. Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. The Longueteau L'Hommage Rum embodies a vibrant tribute to family heritage and artisanal expertise. Designed as a homage to cellar master François Longueteau's grandmother Louisette, this aged agricultural rum draws its inspiration from memories of cooking and warm family moments. Part of the "Souvenir" collection, it emotionally celebrates the evocative aromas of caramel, flambéed fruits, and noble wood, characteristic of the Longueteau distillery, founded in 1890 in Guadeloupe.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.

Straight from the emblematic Savalle copper column, Créol Straight expresses all the flavours of a great agricultural rum at the raw distillation stage.

Old Pulteney Flotilla 2012 is a Highlands whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Over the years, the casks have gently absorbed all the sea breeze from the North of Scotland, giving the whisky its sweet and complex flavors and its coastal characteristics. It is not surprising that Old Pulteney is known as the "maritime malt".

Made with pure, fresh sugar cane juice from the adjacent sugar refinery, this is a rum that showcases the traditions of Reunion Island, blending powerful flavours.The development of the 52% abv favours a strong concentration of aromas, and emphasises the rum’s rich rounded character.
