On the Caravelle peninsula, caressed by the trade winds and protected from tropical downpours, the dry parcels of Spoutourne produce extremely subtle rums. The relative arid nature of the location and the wind have created a beautiful concentration of essential aromas, notably floral in the cane, which are particularly present after suitable distillation and ageing. It is a worthy representative of the Martinican tradition of agricultural rum. The ageing process has not erased the natural liveliness of the rum. The beautiful golden colour of Flowers of the Winds suggests a radiant rum, like aromas in flight, and a shower of tropical petals. The nose is delicate, floral, with vanilla accents and a beautiful freshness. Flowers of the Winds combines the ardour of a young rum with th...

This noble, carefully distilled and matured fruit brandy from Williams pears captivates the senses with the unmistakable aroma of this fruit. The Williams pear is cultivated in Switzerland in the canton of Valais and is one of the most popular pear varieties. Thanks to its powerful yet elegant aroma, it is ideal for the production of pear brandy. The freshly distilled Williams pear brandy first rests in stainless steel tanks for at least two years and then matures in oak casks for 14 to 18 months. After the maturation process, the pear brandy is further refined with a homemade bonificateur to give it the wonderful aroma and subtle sweetness, which makes this Vieille Poire so unique.
This richly crafted rum has been laid down in oak barrels for at least 21 years then artfully blended for you to savour and enjoy.
Botran Solera 18Y is a rum aged at high altitude in the mountains of Guatemala. It is made from a blend of rums aged between 5 and 18 years and has undergone Solera aging. The American oak barrels used for the Solera process are former Sherry and Port casks. Additionally, the aging warehouses are located at an altitude of 2,300 meters, which intensifies the aging process, thereby developing delicate aromas of vanilla, tobacco, and sandalwood.
