Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. Coloma 8 Years is an exceptional Colombian rum, rooted in the Spanish tradition. This cuvée, created by rum specialist Peter Holland, is designed for cocktails, but could also be enjoyed on its own. This white rum is a blend of unaged Martinique rums and a Jamaican 4-year-old, which adds depth and complexity to the whole. It's a beautiful union, symbolically represented on the label by Martinique's white snake alongside Jamaica's national flower.
