TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Fresh and maritime. The initial nose is not only elegantly vegetal (opening on sugarcane) but also spicy, blending star anise and olive before developing notes of candied fruits and almond.
PALATE: The attack is soft, with hints of saffron. The subtly intense spicy notes (pepper) are quickly softened by herbal and vegetal tones. Its aromas are in constant motion, shifting from sugarcane to a light smokiness. The final impression is like biting into a sugarcane stalk bursting with flavor, with a very mellow aftertaste.
FINISH: Long, fine, and smooth. Extremely round, like a journey through the sugarcane fields of Réunion, by the Indian Ocean.
