Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

Historically Distillerie Warenghem produced a range of fruit & plant liqueurs, and Chouchen, which has long been a popular drink in Brittany. Chouchen is native to Brittany. It’s a form of mead, and is made from the fermentation of honey in water. Traditionally, buckwheat honey is used, and the fermentation process begins with the addition of freshly pressed apple juice.

Nordés 0.0 is a sugar-free refreshing drink made from osmosis water, treated through a series of processes (emulsion, filtration and decantation) with tartaric acid tartaric acid and essential oils of the main botanical ingredients, resulting in a transparent liquid with the nuances, intensity of flavour and aroma and aroma of Nordés gin.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.
