Nose
Supple and silky nose.
Palate
Clean, it evolves in the mouth without aggressiveness. The freshness of an elegant distillate is perfectly highlighted. The aromatic panel starts with notes of lime which give it a lot of dynamism, then notes of ginger and cardamom, a touch of mint and citrus reinforce its fresh character. It evolves towards light spicy notes. Good aromatic persistence and structure.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.
All the flavors of Provence, the spices from distant lands, the roundness of vanilla, the creaminess and sweetness of licorice, the hints of mint and pepper bring character and complexity.
Produced in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Gran Reserva is a Cuban-style premium. Aged in a solera system, it remained in barrels for about fifteen years. Sweet and spicy at the same time, it is marked by notes of zest of oranges, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Little sweet compared to many other current rums, it remains light and easy to drink.
Double distilled in traditional pot stills. Matured for 16 months in ex Bourbon oak casks to produce a smooth, clean and vibrant flavor with a hint of smoke.
Kyloe is blended using the finest malt and grain whisky, at a high ratio of malt to grain, and bottled at a hearty 50% abv, without the use of chill filtration, to offer a bold, authentic and powerful sensory experience.
