Xibal Equinox is a special edition of Xibal Gin, with a combination of the characteristic products that are grown during the equinox, such as grapefruit and guava, in addition to the characteristic Xibal ingredients within them that we can mention: Orange, lemon, cardamom and pericon.

Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate lychee flavor is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the Hautes Fagnes. Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.

The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.
