TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Gentle amber with a slight yellow hue.
NOSE Soft, very aromatic with a hint of honey and lemon in the foreground.
PALATE Sweet to start with an appetising fruitiness and a long smooth finish. Light yet complex, smooth yet challenging.

Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.
Marzadro Le Diciotto Lune - 70 CL
Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor.
