The Meikle Tòir – The Chinquapin One is a peated single malt, carefully crafted and refined in virgin Chinquapin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozarks, USA. This whisky delivers notes of soft spices and roasted nuts, harmoniously combined with a gentler peaty smoke, derived from the St. Fergus mainland peat. With an extended fermentation of 160 hours and a smoke profile measured at 35 PPM, this single malt reveals a complexity that perfectly complements maturation in virgin oak casks.

Old Pulteney 25 Years is crafted at the legendary distillery located on the rugged coast of the Scottish Highlands. This single malt embodies the essence of sea air and tradition. Aged patiently for 22 years in American oak casks that once held bourbon, it reaches full maturity with an exceptional 3-year finish in Spanish oak casks that previously held Oloroso sherry. Every drop reveals a delicate balance of sweetness, spices, and a unique saline depth, the hallmark of Old Pulteney. With its silky texture and complex aromas, this whisky is the perfect companion for discerning connoisseurs of exceptional spirits. Non-chill filtered, it retains a natural richness that makes it a true rarity.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.

Fifteen years maturing in American oak and Spanish oak casks have allowed this bold whisky to embrace the rich, natural elements of Speyside.

Canadian rye whisky and spring water from Quebec's Far North, with notes of caramel and vanilla. This whisky is bold and authentic, in the image of the Canadian pioneers who set out to conquer the North, to whom this Rye lueurs pays tribute. The Wild North is a blend of 5-, 7- and 11-year-old whiskies aged in Montreal, partly in American bourbon casks and partly in French oak.

This 21 Year Old Whisky started its journey maturing in American Oak Ex-bourbon barrels for fifteen years. However, its distinctive character was created by an extended further maturation period.

Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.
