Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, this whisky reveals an aromatic richness combining sweetness and complexity. With its floral notes, creamy chocolate, and subtle hints of vanilla, it will appeal to lovers of elegant and well-balanced whiskies. Merlet’s Crème de Framboise (Raspberry liqueur) guarantee consistent quality. Thanks to their position as currant growers and winemakers, the Merlets are able to exchange with their partner producers and call on their own expertise to select fruits of optimal ripeness.

Matured for 18 years, this is indulgent and spicy thanks to the casks selected for maturation.

Etsu is one of the first Japanese gins on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices, and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers, citrus fruits...). The distinctive feature of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange and yuzu peels, the latter being a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead, while flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate. Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.
