Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. The delicate lychee flavor is complemented by other ingredients, including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the Hautes Fagnes. The harmony between these ingredients gives Panda gin a subtle yet powerful note with delicate, refined accents.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.

Barrik rum is a fresh, expressive rum, with a strong character, finely wooded, which gives it a certain distinction that makes it a unique rum of its kind!

Coloma Coffee Smoked 8 years old is a true ode to the Colombian traditions of coffee and rum. Produced at Hacienda Coloma, this unique cuvée blends the heritage of roasted coffee with the elegance of a carefully aged old rum. After aging for 8 years in oak barrels, this rum undergoes a double finishing process: first in barrels that previously held a coffee liqueur, then in barrels infused with the deep aromas of roasted coffee. This distinctive maturation imparts Coloma Coffee Smoked with a captivating complexity, where vanilla sweetness, caramelized indulgence, and intense smoky mocha notes intertwine. Cihuatán Viento is a Limited Edition rum inspired by the legend of Ehécatl, Mayan god of the wind. To honor this divine force, our Master Blender Gabriela Ayala selected ex-bourbon barrels and moved them to a special warehouse filled with the aromas of El Salvador: orange peel from the North, pineapple peel from the South, spices from the East, and balsam from the West. Over two years, the breath of Ehécatl gently infused these flavors into the rum, creating a legendary spirit that pays homage to the wind’s touch.

TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.
