Mintis Gin Ribesa

Produced in the heart of the Tottori region, in western Japan, the San-In Blended Whisky is a creation of the Kurayoshi distillery. Its soft and smooth character is explained by the use of pure spring water from Mount Daisen, renowned for the quality of its natural resources. This light and refreshing Japanese whisky, awarded numerous international distinctions, is ideal for enthusiasts seeking new flavors or for a first foray into the world of Japanese whiskies. ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

Canteiro aged Madeira casks from off the coast of Africa which held Madeira fortified wine, soak up and impart intense aromas and flavours created by the heat and tropical climate of their home-place.

The Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin comes from Torino Distillati in Moncalieri. The family distillery is run by Carlo Vergnano, his wife Piera, their daughter Rita, and other employees. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is distilled for eight hours at 60 °C in a custom-made vacuum still. Refined with wild raspberries, this gin offers an enchanting aroma of juniper berries, raspberry, and mint. On the palate, it reveals typical juniper notes, accompanied by juicy and fresh raspberry, grapefruit peel, and spices. Mintis Wild Raspberry Gin is bottled at 41.8% ABV.

The Penderyn distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits at the foot of the magnificent Brecon Beacons in South Wales. Madeira Penderyn is aged in old bourbon casks and then in old Madeira wine casks to give it all its character.
