The Saint-Etienne Vieux VO 2012 rum is a refined expression of the craftsmanship of the Habitation Saint-Etienne distillery, located in the heart of Martinique.
Aged for over 3 years in oak barrels under the AOC Martinique designation, this aged rum develops complex and enticing aromas, the result of an exceptional terroir and ancestral know-how.
With each sip, it reveals delicate nuances of brandied cherries, roasted coffee beans, and brown sugar, making it an exceptional cuvée for elite spirits enthusiasts.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.Aging: Six years minimum. In toasted 400 L oak barrels, 25% of which are new.

There is no more Irish whiskey than Pot Still; thus, Glendalough Distillery feels it is fitting to age it in Irish Oak. Glendalough Distillery is proud to play its part in bringing back the use of Irish oak for whiskey cask-making. This most quintessentially Irish style of whiskey, pot still, is first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then in Irish Oak felled in the mountains around the distillery.

The Longueteau 125-year cuvée before cask aging is composed of 50° agricultural white rum, a blend of 65% red cane and 35% blue cane, with 8 months of resting in stainless steel tanks. This distillate is then transferred to 300-liter cognac casks. These casks were filled in three different years: 2008, 2009, and finally 2010.

The only Welsh Prime Minister, David Lloyd George (1863-1945), was a social reformer and accidentally established the premium whisky industry. He became a symbol of the national reawakening of Wales, and created more headlines than any other 20th century statesman. This 70cl bottle has an abv of 46%, and is matured in Jamaican Rum & Ruby Port Casks.
