Foursquare Spiced Rum

This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

The Pisco Barsol Torontel is a refined spirit, produced exclusively from Torontel grapes grown in the valleys of Ica and Ocucaje, Peru.

The Lost Distillery Jericho pays tribute to the history of a legendary distillery from the Scottish Highlands. Founded in 1822 in Aberdeenshire and closed in 1913, Jericho embodies the art of traditional distillation. With its rich and complex notes, this whisky celebrates the authenticity of a bygone era while offering a timeless sensory experience.

This noble, carefully distilled and matured fruit brandy from Williams pears captivates the senses with the unmistakable aroma of this fruit. The Williams pear is cultivated in Switzerland in the canton of Valais and is one of the most popular pear varieties. Thanks to its powerful yet elegant aroma, it is ideal for the production of pear brandy. The freshly distilled Williams pear brandy first rests in stainless steel tanks for at least two years and then matures in oak casks for 14 to 18 months. After the maturation process, the pear brandy is further refined with a homemade bonificateur to give it the wonderful aroma and subtle sweetness, which makes this Vieille Poire so unique.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course).
