This whisky, entirely aged in bourbon casks, reflects a perfect balance between smoothness and liveliness. Bladnoch 13YO is made from pure water from the Bladnoch River, barley grown in the United Kingdom, and aged in high-quality casks (95% first-fill). Non-chill filtered and with no added coloring, it preserves the authenticity of its flavors. Located in the Galloway region since 1817, the Bladnoch distillery is renowned for its quality-focused approach, expertise in cask management, and respect for traditions.
For centuries the stormy waters of the Atlantic Ocean has not only shaped the character of the people of Islay but also the character of their famous whiskies. In many ways this fine malt mirrors the character of Islay people – strong yet gentle, warm yet mellow, but with a maturity beyond its years. Robust peaty, with that unmistakable breath of the seashore.
Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.
This 10-year-old rum of Hispanic tradition is bottled at cask strength. It offers a beautiful range of flavors, supported by an alcohol content reaching 61%. Only such a high degree can ensure a fully developed aromatic expression. The rum is therefore free of any dilution, which is usually used to achieve a reduction close to 40%. Renowned for its mastery of finishes, Coloma confirms its expertise with this cask strength, vintage 2010, which completed its maturation with just 30 days in casks that previously held coffee liqueur.
