Elaborated in the heart of Japan by the Kurayoshi distillery, The San-In is a blended whisky that embodies the elegance and subtlety typical of Japanese spirits. The impressive collection of Black Bull blended Scotch whisky from Duncan Taylor features a robust and full-bodied addition, characterized by a delightful interplay of dry, earthy smoke harmoniously blending with luscious orchard fruits and layers of caramelized sweetness.

Penderyn Portwood, a single malt whisky made in Wales, owes its name to the type of cask in which it is finished; export barrels. Previously, the whisky had been aged for several years in American oak. The selected casks impart rich fruity influences to this whisky, with clear notes of port.

A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
